Resource Program |
Student with a disability is
enrolled in general education and receives special
education services for no more than one half of the
instruction segments including collaboration or
co-teaching models of service (no more than 15 segments
per week). |

Self-Contained Program |
Student receives special education
instruction for over one half of the instructional
segments to include collaboration or co-teaching models
of services (more than 15 segments a week). |

Alternative School (PLC) |
Services for middle grade students
with severe misconduct that results in Out of School
Suspension. Placement reviewed each 9 weeks. |

Psycho-Educational Program (CPES) |
Services for students with severe
emotional disorders or autism. |
|
Community-Based Program |
Preschool-aged students-special
education teacher travels to a variety of community
settings (day-care, homes) to provide instruction. The
IEP specifies community-based instruction.
School-aged students in adaptive
curriculum-special education teacher travels to a
variety of community sites to provide instruction as
indicated per objective and/or vocational instruction.
The IEP must specific community-based instruction (CBI
or CBVI) |
