Coastal Plains RESA is sponsoring monthly leadership networks during the 2007-2008 school year.  These networks allow principals from the 11 Coastal Plains RESA school districts to meet together in a school one day each month for the purpose of studying, observing, discussing, and planning Learning-Focused implementation.  Each network focuses on a specific component of the Learning-Focused school improvement model and the essential monitoring tasks leadership personnel should address to enhance consistent and pervasive implementation in their schools.

(The meeting this month at SLM focused on the use of collaborative pairs.  The principals conducted a Walk Through at SLM and completed a rubric assessing the implementation of collaborative pairs at SLM.)
